The Prosecutor's Office strives to support the efforts of law enforcement in protecting the community, to be proactive in finding community resources and solutions, and to work with partner agencies to reduce crime and support the victims and the community.
Mr. Kopek earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in May 1997. He passed the Missouri Bar in October 1997 and the Kansas Bar in April 1998. He has served as the Caldwell County Prosecuting Attorney since 2007.
