The Caldwell County Sheriff's Department strives to provide the most professional and responsive law enforcement service to our community and its residents. There are times when our deputies and staff truly go above and beyond to help those in need. There are also times when things may not go the way that they should.

Compliments and complaints can be made anonymously.

ALL complaints are taken seriously regarding the service and conduct of the Caldwell County Sheriff's Department.

Complaints will be handled by the Caldwell County Sheriff's Department Administrative staff in accordance with RSMo 590.502.

Keep in mind that filing a complaint against a Sheriff's Office employee will not lessen or otherwise affect the outcome of any criminal case in which you may be involved.
