Commissary
Caldwell County Detention Center's contracted service provider for all detainee / inmate banking, commissary and communication services is Stellar Services, LLC.
CCDC detainees / inmates use their commissary account to place orders once a week to purchase various items such as hygiene products, writing supplies, and snacks.
Stellar Services, LLC provides a quick and easy way for family members and friends to deposit funds into a detainee's / inmate's commissary account via the website www.jailatm.com using a debit or credit card. To start this process, click the Sign In / Register button in the top right hand corner. You will need to create an account using your email address.
There are various options listed on the website such as "Email Inmate", "Video Call", & "Gift Packs"; however, these are not available for CCDC detainees / inmates from this source.
Funds can also be added onsite at the Caldwell County Detention Center via the kiosk machine located in the lobby which is open 24 hours a day. The kiosk offers options to add funds using cash, credit cards and / or debit cards.
The final option for adding funds to a commissary account is to mail a money order to CCDC. Money orders will only be accepted if the guidelines listed below are followed:
1. The money order must have the detainee's / inmate's name listed in the "Pay To" section.
2. The envelope should be addressed as:
Caldwell County Detention Center
Attn: Administration / Finance Office
PO Box 38
Kingston, MO 64650
If the above guidelines are not followed, the money order will not be accepted.
No other forms of payment will be accepted by Caldwell County Detention Center to add funds to commissary accounts.
Any questions or concerns regarding deposits and commissary should be directed to Stellar Services, LLC at (870) 627-5476.
