911 Addressing

911 Emergency Addressing

Issuing addresses is one of the single most important jobs that we do. Without an accurate and orderly address system, it is difficult to find your home or business quickly during an emergency.

YOU MUST FIRST PURCHASE THE PROPERTY AND HAVE IT IN YOUR NAME BEFORE ANYTHING FURTHER CAN BE DONE.

The next step is to make an appointment with Nicole Lund.

Click HERE to submit a request for an appointment.

Click HERE to contact Mrs. Lund via email or call (816) 586-2681.

The landowner must be at this appointment to sign documents for the address.

Addresses will NOT be provided to anyone except the landowner.

The following information MUST be provided prior to or during the appointment to obtain an address:

Name
Phone Number
Road Name/Number where the property is located
The nearest neighbor's address
Whether the property is on the even or odd side of the road.

The following information should be provided if available:

Lot Number (required in established neighborhoods)
Parcel Number
GPS Coordinates

Questions should be directed to Nicole Lund, Office Administrator, at (816) 586-2681 or via email HERE.

AFTER you have received your new address but BEFORE you start to build, contact the Caldwell County Planning & Zoning Administrator.

You can find that contact information and more HERE.
