On 03/02/2026, at 9:03 am, deputies responded to a report of a break-in and theft at a business in Kidder, MO. The investigation is on-going.
On 03/02/2026, at 10:55 am, a 62-year-old male from Hamilton, MO, was arrested during court on an active Caldwell County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
On 03/04/2026, at 3:50 pm, a resident of Cowgill, MO, reported they were being harassed by unwanted text messages from an individual they know.
On 03/02/2026, at 10:30 am, a resident of Breckenridge, MO, reported an order of protection violation on North Ridge Lane. Due to the conflicting statements, no charges were filed at this time. The respondent in the order was warned that any future violations would result in criminal prosecution.
On 03/04/2026, at 9:40 pm, a deputy responded to Cross Street in the City of Hamilton for a report of harassment. The victim reported they were receiving unwanted text messages from a subject they know.
On 03/05/2026, at 7:18 pm, a deputy stopped a vehicle on Ore Road at Timberlake Drive in Lathrop, Caldwell County, MO, for traveling 116 mph in a 60 mph zone. The stop resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old female from Lathrop for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
On 03/06/2026, at 7:23 pm, a 29-year-old male from Cowgill, MO, was arrested on an active Caldwell County failure to appear traffic warrant.
On 03/06/2026, at 11:02 pm, a deputy responded to Casey's in Polo for a report of a counterfeit bill.
On 03/07/2026, at 4:30 pm, a deputy took a report of domestic assault from a resident on Cherry Hill at Hideaway Lakes, Polo, MO. The suspect, a 39-year-old male, has not been located. A report was forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
On 03/08/2026, at 8:00 pm, Caldwell County deputies responded to a suicidal subject at an address on Main Street in Polo, MO. The subject was located and taken into custody.
On 03/09/2026, at 1:31 pm, deputies responded to an address on Eagle Creek at Hideaway Lakes, Polo, MO, for a structure fire.
On 03/09/2026, at 7:37 am, a resident of Breckenridge, MO, reported fishing equipment stolen from the bed of their pick-up.
On 03/09/2026, at 12:15 pm, a 71-year-old male subject from Polo, MO, was arrested during Caldwell County Associate Court for violating the conditions of his bond. During his arrest, a deputy located a glass smoking device on that subject. He was also charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
On 03/09/2026, at 6:43 pm, a deputy responded to an address on Cross Street in the City of Hamilton for a report of property damage. The victim became uncooperative, and the case was closed.
On 03/09/2026, at 10:38 pm, a 36-year-old male from Polo, MO, was arrested in Polo on a failure to appear Caldwell County traffic warrant.
On 03/10/2026, at 12:22 am, a 28-year-old male from Polo, MO, was arrested at an address on Cedar Ridge at Hideaway Lakes on a Caldwell County warrant for operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a driver's license.
On 03/10/2026, at 2:25 am, deputies responded to an address on 4th Street in Cowgill, MO, for a structure fire.
On 03/10/2026, 11:54 am, a deputy stopped a vehicle on Highway 13 at Kendall Road in Kingston, MO, and the driver, a 70-year-old male from Polo, MO, was issued a citation for no driver's license.
On 03/13/2026, at 9:02 am, a 35-year-old male subject from Polo, MO, was arrested at the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office for failing to report new social media accounts while registering as a sex offender.
On 03/13/2026 at 12:00 pm, a 37-year-old female from Polo, MO, was arrested at Hideaway Lakes on an active Ray County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
On 03/13/2026, at 2:45 pm, a deputy responded to the Caldwell County Detention Center for a report of property damage caused by an inmate when they were released. The suspect, a 20-year-old female from the Livingston County, MO area, was gone upon arrival. A report was forwarded to the Caldwell County prosecutor for consideration in filing formal charges of property damage.
On 03/14/2026 at 12:44 am, a deputy stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Railroad Street and California Street in the city limits of Hamilton, which resulted in the arrest of a 21-year-old male from Kidder, MO, for driving while intoxicated (alcohol).
On 03/14/2026 at 11:56 pm, a deputy stopped a vehicle near the intersection of N. Gallatin and W. Samuel Street in the city limits of Hamilton, which resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old male from Brookhaven, MO, for driving while intoxicated.
On 03/15/2026 at 2:46 am, Caldwell County deputies responded to the Detention Center for an unruly inmate. The inmate was charged additionally for assaulting a deputy and a detention officer.
On 03/15/2026 at 7:55 am, a resident of Hideaway Lakes reported they were scammed out of $1,100 from a fraudulent phone call.
On 03/16/2026, a deputy received a call in reference to a registered sex offender making contact with a juvenile. After further investigation, it was discovered the sex offender, a 37-year-old male from Braymer, MO, has a Snapchat account and a TikTok account that he did not report when he registered, which resulted in his arrest.
On 03/18/2026, at 11:54 am, a deputy took a walk-in report from a resident of Breckenridge, MO, who reported they were being harassed by several individuals online.
On 03/18/2026 at 6:53 pm, deputies were dispatched to an address in Kidder, MO, for a fire that spread to several vehicles.
On 03/19/2026 at 1:06 pm, deputies responded to an address in Cowgill to check the well-being of a subject, who was repeatedly calling 911. The resident, a 63-year-old male subject was arrested on a Caldwell County failure to appear warrant on the original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
On 03/20/2026, at 4:25 pm, a deputy stopped a car on Main Street at 1st Street in Braymer, MO. The driver, a 23-year-old male from Braymer, was issued a citation for no driver's license.
On 03/21/2026, at 10:40 pm, a deputy stopped a car on Highway 13 at Highway 116 in Polo, MO. The driver, a 43-year-old male from Lawson, MO, was issued a citation for no driver's license.
On 03/22/2026, at 9:41 pm, the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office began investigating a burglary that was reported to have occurred at an address on State Route B in Hamilton, MO. The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at the suspect(s)' residence in Nettleton, MO, which resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old male and 20-year-old female.
On 03/23/2026, the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant in Nettleton, MO. The search warrant resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old male and a 29-year-old female at the scene for possession of a controlled substance.
On 03/24/2026 at 11:01 am, deputies responded to a domestic dispute at an address on Sale Barn in Cameron, Caldwell County, MO. The parties involved agreed to separate, and no arrests were made.
On 03/25/2026, at 8:13 am, a deputy took a report of theft from the area of State Route V and SE Steinberg Rd in Polo, MO. A suspect has been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.
On 03/26/2026, at 1:50 pm, a deputy stopped a vehicle on Highway 13 at Highway 36 in Hamilton, MO. The driver, a 55-year-old female from Hamilton, MO, was issued a citation for driving with a revoked/suspended license.
On 03/27/2026 at 7:52 am, a deputy responded to Dollar General in Polo, MO, for a report of property damage.
On 03/28/2026 at 7:59 pm, a deputy stopped a car on Highway 13 at State Route V, Polo, MO. The driver, a 50-year-old male from Polo, was issued citations for no driver's license, expired registration, and an equipment violation.
On 03/30/2026, a deputy took a report of vandalism at the park in Polo, MO.
On 03/26/2026, the Sheriff's Office was notified of an order of protection violation that occurred at the Caldwell County Detention Center. The inmate/suspect is a 30-year-old male subject from the Braymer, MO area. A report was forwarded to the prosecutor's office for the filing of formal charges.
